Job Summary

A business services company that specializes in contact center outsourcing is filling a position for a Remote Telecommunications Outbound Sales Consultant .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Connect with potential business customers to improve their internet, phone, and television plans
• Provide a professional connection to potential customers
• Analyze current needs and enhance their telecommunication services

Qualifications for this position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in B2B, door to door our outbound sales
• 1 year customer service experience
• Excellent attention to detail and active listening skills
• Experience in Microsoft tools such as MS TEAMS and office 365
• Able to connect directly to the modem through an ethernet cable.
