Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Telehealth Risk and Compliance Director in Tamarac.

Must be able to:

• Monitor updates related to compliance with state and federal laws affecting the provision of telehealth services
• Advise the service line leaders with input from legal counsel on regulatory compliance
• Understand the APC Supervision guidelines by state along with the specific scope of practice regulations

Qualifications Include:

• Occasional Travel up 30%
• Five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience on a national scale
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well with deadlines and to influence change
