My name is Ryan Withrow and I'm the Director of Telemarketing at the Healthy Back Institute. I oversee all areas of direct response inbound and outbound phone sales. A natural self-motivator, I also strive to inspire a team to achieve performance goals, productivity metrics, and personal growth.

Position Summary

As an Outbound Phone Sales Agent, your number one objective is to support our customers to get fast, safe and natural pain relief. You will do this by establishing a strong relationship with them, using a consultative sales approach and recommending the most appropriate products based on their unique needs and situation.

This role requires experience not only as a telemarketer or phone sales agent but also experience with consultative selling. One of the things that sets us apart from most companies is we invest heavily in training and development for all team members.

This is a full time, virtual / work from home position and while it reports to the Telemarketing Sales Team Manager, you will also work closely with myself as well as others on the team.

Responsibilities:

Make outgoing sales calls to established customer base.
Answer customer questions and overcome objections.
Utilize basic outbound scripts and training as a guideline to creating sales.
Stay updated on product knowledge.
Strive to meet and exceed monthly goal set by Outbound Supervisor.
Support team members and maintain a positive attitude.
Hit minimum daily call requirements of 100-125 calls/day.
Generates $1,000 of revenue per day.
Use and master required technology for role success.
Requirements

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 2 years Telemarketing Sales
Experience working in a remote environment (preferred)
Prior experience with CRMs (Customer Relationship Management) Tools

Experience working in direct response marketing company or E-commerce
