Job Summary

A provider of business, legal, tax, and digital brand services is in need of a Remote Telephone Services Technical Support Representative in Logan.

Must be able to:

  • Confidently handle an average of 20 calls per shift
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries over the phone or electronically
  • Create customer cases using our CRM system

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience providing application / technical support in a call center environment
  • Must possess a “can do anything” attitude
  • University level understanding of proper grammar
  • In-depth working knowledge of problem solving methodologies
  • Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
