Job Summary
A provider of business, legal, tax, and digital brand services is in need of a Remote Telephone Services Technical Support Representative in Logan.
Must be able to:
- Confidently handle an average of 20 calls per shift
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries over the phone or electronically
- Create customer cases using our CRM system
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience providing application / technical support in a call center environment
- Must possess a “can do anything” attitude
- University level understanding of proper grammar
- In-depth working knowledge of problem solving methodologies
- Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented environment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, medium volume call center environment
