- Provide telephone triage support to patients and families using evidence-based processes
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments of symptoms and determine appropriate level of care
- Route patients to additional benefits and community resources when needed
Required Qualifications:
- Compact RN License
- Single State California RN License
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Triage experience
- Remote/telehealth triage experience preferred
