Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Telephonic Behavioral Health Care Manager 2.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assess the needs of the family and determine necessary resources
- Perform telephonic care management
- Utilize Motivational Interviewing and solution-oriented approaches
Required Skills:
- Participation in Coordinated Team Conferences
- A current, valid, and unrestricted license
- Minimum of 1 year of managed care experience
- Minimum of 1 year of post-degree clinical experience in private practice or other patient care
