Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in coordinating health services and does not write care plans
- Providing clinical and medical management services
- Identifying, coordinating, or providing appropriate levels of care
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
- 2+ years of experience working in case management or a telephonic healthcare environment
- Experience with medical terminology, benefits management, claim and / or healthcare insurance
- Microsoft Office Experience (Outlook – send emails and set folders, Excel – update spreadsheets)
