Job Summary
A leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services is in need of a Remote Telephonic Nurse Practitioner.
Must be able to:
- Provide superlative and empathetic telephonic care for Landmark patients
- Actively listen and probe patients in a professional and timely manner to assess and evaluate patient’s clinical need
- Communicate to and dispatch in-market on-call providers when issues cannot be solved telephonically
Qualifications for this position include:
- Completion of Nurse Practitioner accredited program
- Minimum of two years clinical experience; experience in home-based care preferred
- Minimum of two years of telephonic patient management
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 and HCPC codes
- Thorough understanding of clinical standards of care
- Current unrestricted NP license
