Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Telephonic Nurse Specialist in West Creek Township.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making scheduled outbound calls and responding to inbound calls
- Reviewing approved therapy or treatment-related information
- Providing approved information to patients and their caregivers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Drive to on boarding training and intermittent trainings
- 2 years clinical experience
- Current RN license in good standing in the state of practice
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Customer service focus
- Ability to work effectively through influence and collaboration
