Job Summary

A nonprofit human services organization is in need of a Remote Telephony System Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Represent business stakeholders and end users in supporting the analysis effort on large projects
  • Analyze problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
  • Identify issues within the product proactively and oversee resolution by the scrum team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years working with NICEInContact infrastructure or similar telephony infrastructure
  • 2+ years business analysis or product management experience
  • 2+ years Medicare, Healthcare, Insurance experience
  • Analytical abilities while understanding bigger picture
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to operate independently on small projects and manage from inception to execution within time and budget
