Job Summary

A physician-owned company is in need of a Remote TelePsych Scribe Care Coordinator in Sacramento.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Prepare patient charts with necessary documentation and history
• Contact site to confirm that remote TeleHealth computer is in the correct location with the correct patient
• Transcribe the history, physical exam, laboratory, and radiological results as dictated by the provider

Skills and Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1+ year commitment o Self-motivated to Excellent follow through
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong writing skills; legibility and spelling proficiency required
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be a team player
