Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Telesales Business Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Generate demand for solutions
  • Manage a team of telesales business development representatives for a territory/region
  • Provide daily operations management of inbound and outbound call response

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience qualifying prospects and customers and an understanding of the sales cycle process
  • Experience training professional sales staff, University degree in Business or equivalent
  • Previous management experience
  • Successful sales track record
