Job Summary

A software technology company is in need of a Remote Terraform Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Solving incoming support requests via Zendesk within SLA
• Documenting all activity and communication with customers
• Reproducing and debugging customer issues

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years Support Engineering, Software Engineering, or System Administration
• 2+ years in a customer facing role
• Experience managing and influencing change in organizations
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Ember.js, Bash, or Go
