Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Territory Sales Manager II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Evaluating their potential to write quality new business
• Recommending agencies to participate in profit-sharing, rewards, and special incentives programs
• Terminating agents for lack of production, unprofitable results, or other cause

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor Degree or in-lieu of degree equivalent education, training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• 2+ years of work related experience in P&C insurance operations
• Must have a proven track record of consistently meeting expectations
• Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
