Job Summary

A specialty pharmaceutical business is filling a position for a Remote Therakos Photopheresis Product Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Documenting the details of the call via a TKS Service Request record in the company database
• Clearly communicating the outcome and follow-up actions from the call
• Keeping abreast of new company products and services

Qualifications Include:

• BS/BA in Nursing
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Therakos Cellex photopheresis instruments
• Holds a current Therakos ECP Operator certificate with experience managing active photopheresis systems
• A demonstrated ability to understand technical information related to medical devices
• Communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate ideas and information
• Basic computer skills
