Job Summary
A software security company is in need of a Remote Threat Operations Center Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build cohesive, high-functioning teams that thrive in an environment of trust, respect, and inclusion
- Partner with Research & Development, Engineering, and others to develop the Security Platform threat operations roadmap
- Provide technical and managerial leadership for the threat operations analyst team
Position Requirements Include:
- 12 years of experience in leading cybersecurity teams and/or cybersecurity operations center
- Demonstrated track record of building a strong core cybersecurity teams and managers
- Work both independently with minimal guidance and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment
- Communicate highly technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Technologist with motivation and responsibility for cybersecurity
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field of study, or equivalent experience
