Job Summary

A business technology solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Tier 2 Infrastructure Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working in technical support and managed services capacity
  • Installing, assembling, and configuring Windows servers
  • Building, maintaining, and deploying system images

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to troubleshoot problems in person
  • 5+ years of related work experience in consulting or MSP area
  • BS or equivalent experience
  • Experience with supporting Microsoft/Windows environment
  • 3-5 years helpdesk or remote telephone support experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with Exchange and Active Directory
