Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel onsite to San Francisco as required
  • 2+ years experience as a Salesforce CRM System Administrator
  • 1+ years experience in technical support or customer service
  • Salesforce Trailhead Badges
  • Ability to answer escalations from front line support
  • Ability to interface with Tier 3 support and engineering
