Job Summary

A health services company has a current position open for a Remote Tier 2 Support Senior Client Technical Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Analyzing and facilitating the resolution of complex client issues for multiple products
  • Communicating with clients to answer questions and provide case status updates
  • Working collaboratively with teammates and product adjacent teams to resolve issues in a timely manner

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a healthcare related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the healthcare industry with familiarity of the revenue cycle
  • Knowledge and experience with MS Office applications, Excel experience preferred
  • Must have superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be self-disciplined to work productively in a remote environment
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt quickly to product and process changes
