Job Summary

A cloud solutions technology company is seeking a Remote Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Taking end-to-end ownership of customer issues
  • Providing well-thought out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms
  • Collecting information and document bugs with Engineering for product issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of customer support, technical support, system administration or related customer facing role
  • Expertise in core Microsoft product stack
  • Excellent relationship management, customer service and communication skills
  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline
  • Cross-platform OS knowledge
