Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Tier 2 Technical Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Interact with and support clients through a variety of communication media
  • Utilize experience with firewalls, virus can software, Windows and Mac OS
  • Apply problem solving skills, create workaround solutions, and handle escalated customer care calls

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Knowledge of technical related to a variety of retail hardware/Point of Sale systems
  • Must have 2-4 years experience, Associate's preferred
  • Excellent focus on desired results to include setting and achieving challenging goals
  • Knowledge of technology to diagnose and resolve problems, plus ensure continuous service
  • Must apply formal, informal, and systematic methods to impart information to others that increases the effectiveness
