Job Summary

A company that provides workforce management software is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tier 3 Technical Customer Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing technical situations
  • Analyzing customer configuration
  • Documenting troubleshooting and customer interaction details

Qualifications Include:

  • 1+ years of customer support experience
  • 3+ years of Kronos Workforce Ready experience
  • Experience with running payroll and/or applicable systems knowledge
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local employer/employee tax laws and regulations
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or other Support ticketing systems
  • Understanding of operating systems, networking technologies/protocols, and software applications
