A subscription management software company has a current position open for a Remote Tier I Software Technical Support Agent in San Francisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality code for security features, enhancements, and fixes on schedule
- Analyze application flows to identify and remediate vulnerabilities
- Integrate and tune application security tools to protect the application
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Substantial and meaningful professional experience leading the delivery of features
- A “quality-first” mindset, with demonstrable experience producing secure, high-quality code
- Demonstrated capability to deliver committed functionality on schedule
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
