Job Summary

An university needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Timekeeping Administrator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Being responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all hours recorded on an employee's timesheet
  • Monitoring, troubleshooting, and working with the ADP support team
  • Providing support to our business enters and employees in answering questions related to payment of time recorded

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Two or more years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll and Time Systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR or a related field
  • Consideration will be given to an equivalent combination of required education and related work experience
  • Demonstrated accountability, problem-solving and decisiveness
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Ability to clearly and timely communicate, verbally and in writing, with courtesy, sensitivity, and respect as appropriate
