Job Summary

A customer-focused provider of mortgage services has an open position for a Remote Title Curative Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Act as business liaison with outside counsel to provide settlement and litigation alternatives
• Act as a central point of contact between in-house counsel, local counsel and business units

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma required, or Equivalent Work Experience
• Knowledge of title searches, title examination and lien clearance in multiple states
• Ability to work under a self-directed model with limited supervision
• Prior work experience with a law firm, mortgage servicer or lender is preferred
• Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels
