Job Summary

A title company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Title Specialist in Lake Mary.

Must be able to:

• Validate information passed to TRG proprietary system to open orders and enter data into the system
• Generate title commitments to ensure each document is accurate and consistent
• Be responsible for the overall of creating a title report or title commitment

Qualifications Include:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of two years of Title Examining/Curative or policy commitment experience
• The ability to read and interpret real estate documents, legal proceedings, maps and surveys
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, lenders, peers, underwriting staff and vendors
• Attention to detail combined with analytical and problem-solving skills
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
