Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote TOPS Production Operations Center Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Escalate when appropriate if resources identified in staffing workbook
• Monitor all available, active, and pending volumes for all accounts
• Submit end of shift handoff report to next POC starting shift

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Strong workflow management skills
• Strong transcription console platform experience required
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Applications, including Windows, Word, Excel
