Job Summary
A global business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Total Rewards Analyst I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting the team on Financial, compensation, M&A and other related processes
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses to determine the effectiveness and current state of compensation practices and for new acquisitions coming into the Cox enterprise.
- Reviewing job responsibilities of incoming M&A roles and aligns with existing Cox job leveling and pricing.
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related area and generally less than 2 years of experience in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- Strong analytical skills to effectively analyze data and create meaningful, understandable reports and metrics
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups and other advanced functions).
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
