Job Summary

A financial software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Total Rewards Director.

Must be able to:

  • Design, build, and manage Americas Total Rewards function
  • Implement, and iterate on our total rewards philosophy and programs
  • Iterate on compensation and equity programs

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years’ experience in People/HR with ownership of Comp and Benefits, including equity programs
  • Proven track record in building and managing innovative, international Total Rewards programs
  • Previous leadership experience which may include cross-functional project management
  • Deep analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to influence decision-making
  • Ability to build employee-centric rewards programs while balancing business goals and financial boundaries
  • Global experience
