Job Summary
A financial software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Total Rewards Director.
Must be able to:
- Design, build, and manage Americas Total Rewards function
- Implement, and iterate on our total rewards philosophy and programs
- Iterate on compensation and equity programs
Required Skills:
- 10+ years’ experience in People/HR with ownership of Comp and Benefits, including equity programs
- Proven track record in building and managing innovative, international Total Rewards programs
- Previous leadership experience which may include cross-functional project management
- Deep analytical skills with the ability to utilize data to influence decision-making
- Ability to build employee-centric rewards programs while balancing business goals and financial boundaries
- Global experience
