Performing routine market research to keep salary structures and ranges up to date

Qualifications Include:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
6+ years of relevant compensation experience, preferably in a high growth organization
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a commitment to accuracy
Comfortable working with sensitive information
Proven project management experience
