Job Summary

A home furnishings marketplace is seeking a Remote Trade Sales Vice President in San Francisco.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Setting and achieving quarterly sales targets
  • Recruiting, training and leading a regional team of account executives
  • Developing sales outreach plan and evaluate and optimize team performance

Required Skills:

  • Experience starting and leading a regional B2B sales team of 5+ account executives
  • Established relationships with leading trade firms
  • Ability to map decision-making processes within a complex organization
  • Ability to identify and overcome objections throughout the full sales cycle
