Job Summary

A privately-held financial-services company is seeking a Remote Traditional Life Valuation Actuary.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing quarterly valuations and earning variance analysis
  • Preparing and reviewing SOX controls
  • Maintaining and improving the valuation and business plan models

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 7 or more years of experience as an actuary within the insurance industry
  • Excellent spreadsheet and technical skills
  • Ideal candidate will be an ASA level actuary
  • Ability to learn new software
