Job Summary

A provider of contact center services has a current position open for a Remote Trainer Operations Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Offering additional support to learners in classroom
• Managing the day-to-day activities of Agents/Representatives
• Identifying learners with deficiencies and offer an effective plan of action for resolution

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Must have or obtain healthcare license
• Demonstrate ability to effectively coach training objectives
• Must be able to teach and coach to improve sales performance
• Must be able to apply knowledge of curriculum topic objectives
• Must be able to hold self and others accountable
