Job Summary

A career accelerator is seeking a Remote Training and Development Associate Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of subject matter experts
  • Design and maintain learning content and assessment materials
  • Review and provide feedback on training content

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years designing professional training or overseeing Learning and Development projects
  • Experience with online learning platforms
  • Experience with running professional training, ideally for remote teams
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Experience managing others, formally or informally, to deliver on your vision
