Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Training and Development Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating, maintaining, and presenting all training materials to providers
- Creating and updating supporting materials, Learning Home Dashboards, tip sheets, FAQs, guides, and other instructional materials
- Assessing, developing, and implementing engaging learning solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associate Degree with a minimum of 3 years customer service experience
- Demonstrated good diction, voice quality and clarity of speech
- Experience and knowledge of healthcare terms, processes and procedures
- Experience using Adobe Captive and the Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ experience in building eLearning courses/modules
- Ability to initiate provider orientation to improve service quality, performance, and productivity
