Job Summary

A digital security and solutions provider is filling a position for a Remote Training and Development Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Conduct in-depth research, using qualitative and quantitative techniques and methodologies
• Provide recommendations to the Government of necessary changes in training goals or procedures
• Generate training materials, scenarios, and vignettes used for Interactive Multimedia Instruction modules

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience and knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of additional directly related experience
• Knowledge and skill in the conduct of a wide range of analytical studies
• Knowledge of administrative concepts, principles, and practices
