Job Summary

A staffing firm has an open position for a Remote Training and Program Compliance Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Interviewing, hiring, and supervising clinical & nonclinical staff
• Creating and executing learning strategies and programs
• Ensuring program is up to date and adhering to all CMS regulations

Required Skills:

• Highschool diploma or GED
• 3+ years of Compliance and or T&D in a healthcare setting
• 3+ years of management experience
• typing skills.60 + WPM typing
• Demonstrated customer service, leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
