Job Summary
A health information technology solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Training Developer.
Must be able to:
- Develop and deliver training
- Coordinate development and delivery of training with project and system SMEs
- Modify and update training materials as system hardware and software are changed and enhanced
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of experience in developing, writing and creating training materials, training plans, and training
- Must have experience in developing training materials for various presentation media
- Must be able to effectively elicit technical information from the project technical staff
- Must be able to research existing technical documentation for information
- Must be able to effectively and professionally present information in one-on-one and group situations
- Must be able to collect feedback on the training materials and use it to improve the quality of the training
