Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Training Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing program logistics and coordination for all major Training initiatives
- Facilitating scheduled in-person and virtual training sessions
- Maintaining a library of training materials and resources for accurate tracking and recall
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, or previous applicable work experience in lieu of degree
- 1 - 3 years related experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- 1 years of training coordination experience
- 2 years of LMS administration experience
- Strong oral, written, listening and presentation skills
