Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Training Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing program logistics and coordination for all major Training initiatives
• Facilitating scheduled in-person and virtual training sessions
• Maintaining a library of training materials and resources for accurate tracking and recall

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, or previous applicable work experience in lieu of degree
• 1 - 3 years related experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• 1 years of training coordination experience
• 2 years of LMS administration experience
• Strong oral, written, listening and presentation skills
