Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Transaction Coordinator in Alpharetta.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Daily contacting with borrowers to collect items required for processing
- Scanning documents for new loan files and send to New Loan department
- Requesting Certificates of Eligibility for certain loans as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be a self-starter
- One year of mortgage industry experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office software, including Word, Excel, Power Point
- Professionalism and strong communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels and varying positions of staff
- Must be extremely organized
