Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Transaction Coordinator in Alpharetta.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Daily contacting with borrowers to collect items required for processing
  • Scanning documents for new loan files and send to New Loan department
  • Requesting Certificates of Eligibility for certain loans as needed

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must be a self-starter
  • One year of mortgage industry experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office software, including Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Professionalism and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work with all levels and varying positions of staff
  • Must be extremely organized
