Job Summary

A legal consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Transactional Attorney in Seattle.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Structuring, drafting, and negotiating technology and commercial transactions
  • Providing product and regulatory advice on new initiatives relating to the business
  • Coordinating with our international attorneys supporting our digital and device businesses

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Work remotely, depending on circumstances surrounding COVID
  • Some travel will be required
  • 5+ years' experience with commercial transactions, and/or privacy regulations
  • J.D. required and licensed to practice law in any state
