Job Summary

A mortgage lending company is in need of a Remote Transfer Coordinator I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing, maintaining and leveraging the relationship between our company and Prior Seller/Servicers
  • Scheduling & facilitating meetings & telephone conference calls between our business units & the Prior Seller/Servicer
  • Ensuring all required documentation & data is received timely from the Prior Seller/Servicer

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the mortgage industry
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel including V-lookup and pivot table functions
  • Strong knowledge of standard mortgage documents including origination, servicing and modifications
  • Ability to interpret data and analyze problems; strong problem-solving skills
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to see tasks through to completion while multi-tasking
