Job Summary
A mortgage lending company is in need of a Remote Transfer Coordinator I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing, maintaining and leveraging the relationship between our company and Prior Seller/Servicers
- Scheduling & facilitating meetings & telephone conference calls between our business units & the Prior Seller/Servicer
- Ensuring all required documentation & data is received timely from the Prior Seller/Servicer
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in the mortgage industry
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel including V-lookup and pivot table functions
- Strong knowledge of standard mortgage documents including origination, servicing and modifications
- Ability to interpret data and analyze problems; strong problem-solving skills
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to see tasks through to completion while multi-tasking
