Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Transformation Team Agile Coach.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist and train employees and stakeholders understand and enact empirical product development
  • Act as a facilitator, trainer, coach, and mentor for the team, organization and enterprise

Qualifications Include:

  • One or more Agile Certifications
  • 5+ years of work experience as an effective and successful Agile Coach and Practitioner
  • 5+ years of application development/support experience in a large enterprise environment
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams and/or managing workloads for team members
