Job Summary

A financial company has an open position for a Remote Transition and Integration Practice Acquisition Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the hiring of Emerging Producers
  • Leading and mentoring the Senior Practice Acquisition Consultants and Practice Acquisition Consultants
  • Developing, maintaining, and executing strategies and business plans to attract Emerging Producers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Meets with clients face-to-face
  • Series 7 required to apply
  • Series 66 required within 6 months of hire
  • 10 years of Financial Services Experience
  • 5 plus years of leadership/management required
  • Must have the ability to lead, manage and develop leaders, associates and programs
