Job Summary
A financial company is in need of a Remote Transition Services Specialist in Greater Phoenix.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Delivering efficient and responsive resolution for reregistration in the most effective way possible
- Uncovering opportunities and identify products and services that will enhance the client's financial success and partner
- Engaging with customers, via inbound calls, responding to their inquiries
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2-3 years of previous financial services experience
- Series 7 required
- Series 63 or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize decisions in a fast-moving environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to process transactions with efficiency and accuracy
- Take ownership of complex situations that result in positive outcomes for the customer
