Job Summary

A financial company is in need of a Remote Transition Services Specialist in Greater Phoenix.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Delivering efficient and responsive resolution for reregistration in the most effective way possible
• Uncovering opportunities and identify products and services that will enhance the client's financial success and partner
• Engaging with customers, via inbound calls, responding to their inquiries

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 2-3 years of previous financial services experience
• Series 7 required
• Series 63 or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize decisions in a fast-moving environment
• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to process transactions with efficiency and accuracy
• Take ownership of complex situations that result in positive outcomes for the customer
