Job Summary

A company delivering industry-leading transportation solutions has a current position open for a Remote Transportation Customer Care Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Respond to verbal and written inquiries
  • Research inquiry/concern thoroughly by reviewing the related file
  • Act as a mediator by frequently negotiating with all parties to reach an agreeable solution

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Associates degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a related business field
