Job Summary
An information technology and services company has a current position open for a Remote Travel and Reimbursement Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Researching and comparing available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need
- Preparing travel itineraries and distributes travel arrangements and schedules to all appropriate staff
- Obtaining approval from leadership for travel requests and expenses that exceed established limits
Position Requirements Include:
- HS Diploma (or equivalent) required
- 2-3 years of travel coordination or expense management experience
- Experience working with multiple departments with in a corporate structure
- Experience using Google Workspace
