Job Summary

A hospitality company is in need of a Remote Travel Customer Service Specialist in Orlando.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Refer unresolved customer concerns to designated departments for further investigations
  • Respond to internal and external customer communication via phone and email
  • Proficiently balance high call volume while providing an outstanding customer service experience

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years call center phone experience required
  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Previous experience within Owner Services, Financial or Title Services preferred
