A travel company is in need of a Remote Travel Experience Counselor II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating and completing travel arrangements for moderately complex accounts
- Selling products that are of commercial value to and contribute to profitability
- Acting as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer service environment that includes 2+ year as a travel counselor
- Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good travel industry knowledge
- Skilled in GDS and other booking tools
