Job Summary
A startup company has an open position for a Remote Travel Industry Customer Service Training Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Creating content for training courses with a continuous improvement focus
- Incorporating meaningful feedback and change to improve future training content
- Managing the virtual classroom to ensure a rich, productive learning environment for all learners
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of Training and Education experience
- Solid understanding of adult education approaches and corporate learning models
- Ability to work under tight time constraints and sometimes uncertain, complex scenarios
- Demonstrable interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to influence across skip levels
